Newcastle Health and Wellbeing has been created by two leading health professionals in the North East, Catriona Davis-McCabe, expert Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, and top Personal Trainer, Exercise Therapist and Customised Nutritional Advisor, Philip Crosby.
Having both worked within the health industry for a number of years and watched as the media has misconstrue many great health and fitness techniques, they have decided to join forces to offer 12 week packages which combine counselling, hypnotherapy, nutrition and exercise to combat a number of issues such as weight loss, low self esteem, depression and smoking cessation.
Newcastle Health and Wellbeing have a refreshing approach to helping their clients. They believe that we are all unique and will treat you as just that. Not everyone will need every skill they have on offer, so their package's can be tailored around you and your needs. Fundamentally they believe nutrition is vital to all aspects of your body working optimally, whether you are trying to lose weight or not, and will endeavour to improve your eating habits.
